This project showcases a comprehensive reimagining of a pre‑construction condominium, where thoughtful, strategic adjustments to the original layout significantly elevate both functionality and livability. By intervening early in the design process, the floor plan was refined to create more purposeful room definitions, improved circulation, and defined lines of sight that clean-up the space visually and enhance the overall sense of scale by creating better contrast between large and small, and open and closed rooms. These targeted modifications create a home that feels more spacious, more intuitive, and more aligned with contemporary living patterns. Rebalanced proportions and optimized spatial programming allow each area to serve its intended purpose with greater clarity—whether for entertaining, working, or relaxing—while maintaining an atmosphere that is elevated yet inviting. The result is a sophisticated, modern interior framework that feels both luxurious and approachable, setting the stage for refined, adaptable living.
